Care Center Services
Our Care Center is a small private 20-bed facility licensed by the State of Iowa with 24 hour nursing care. Each resident receives gentle, loving, individualized attention.
Weekly visits from our Medical Director ensure our residents are receiving the best appropriate care to meet their needs.
Three delicious meals and snacks are served daily and are developed by a licensed registered dietitian.
There is an activity director on-site, coordinating activities such as exercise, games, bingo, religious services, live music, parties and other entertainment.
Hospice and private suites are available for added comfort and privacy.
In addition, we offer beautician and barber services and have a beautiful outdoor atrium for all to enjoy.
Our small-town rates are very reasonable; one of the lowest offered in the area!
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
Millennium Therapy offers physical, occupational and speech therapies and will bill your Medicare or Private Insurance
Hospice Care
Compassionate care for those facing end of life. We work with a variety of Hospice providers and offer a Hospice Suite.
Physician and Pharmacy Services
Dr Scott Eberly is our Medical Director and is on-site each Thursday.
Pharmacy services are provided by Nucara Pharmacy. They are on-site daily for deliveries, and they accept most long-term care drug plans.
