Our Care Center is a small private 20-bed facility licensed by the State of Iowa with 24 hour nursing care. Each resident receives gentle, loving, individualized attention.
There is an activity director on-site, coordinating activities such as exercise, games, bingo, religious services, live music, parties and other entertainment.

Dr Scott Eberly is our Medical Director and is on-site each Thursday.
Pharmacy services are provided by Nucara Pharmacy. They are on-site daily for deliveries, and they accept most long-term care drug plans.
